Quick Sticks Knits

"Beautiful hand knitted toys, tea cosies & novelties." I bought a gorgeous beehive tea cosy for my mum a couple of Christmases ago, and I cannot describe how much I love it - I wish we used our teapot so I could have a "bee-cosy", but its just for show!

Funky Friends Factory

The wonderful Pauline over at Funky Friends Factory provided me with my first proper soft toy pattern, the Honey Teddy pattern (did I mention it's free when you subscribe to the newsletter?). I used it to make Teddy for James, and I've been slowly building my collection of her patterns ever since. My Lions, Foxes and Tortoises are all made using her patterns =)

TeacupLion

The super talented Laura over at TeacupLion is the source for my Baby Dragon, Fat Bat and Alpaca patterns, among others. Her tutorials that come with the patterns are so detailed it's very difficult to go wrong! She's absolutely fantastic, that's all I can say =D

Choly Knight

My extremely popular Narwhals are made using one of the awesome Choly Knight's patterns. The best part? It's one of her free patterns! Free pattern Friday is one of my favourite things, and some great patterns come out of it - go and check them out!

Minerva Crafts

Minerva Crafts are absolutely brilliant! They stock tons of great dressmaking and craft fabrics, as well as trims and all sorts of other goodies for making all kinds of projects. I've made two dresses using fabric purchased from them, and I'm making a light jacket very shortly! They're also super helpful when it comes to customer service =)

Plush Addict

This is the place where I get all my gorgeous minky fabric from to make lots of my lovely toys! They have the biggest selection of Shannon fabrics in the UK, as well as lots of other fabulous fabric (I've bought a few different Halloween cotton fabrics from them, among other things!)

Fabrics Plus

I've been shopping at Fabrics Plus since I started out - I've filled up I don't know how many loyalty cards and spent I don't know how many hundreds in this place. I buy ALL my fleece that I use for my toys here. It's thick, soft and high quality so it's perfect for snuggling! They also sell a fantastic range of cotton and jersey fabrics, as well as interfacing and haberdashery bits and bobs. Oh, and they have a huge selection of buttons =D

I shop at their physical shop in Downend near Bristol (plenty of bus routes stop right outside and there's loads of free parking at the Co-op round the back), but they also have a selection online which you can find here.
